Corruption
...Hah. Don't look at me like that -- at least we can stave it off, unlike you.Corruption is a strange, greedy distortion of magic that seems to seep into manmade constructs. Its origin is unknown. Whether or not it was brought into being at the same time as Vido is unknown.
Corruption is the most common affliction that Vido deal with, characterized by a slow, creeping decay that hastens if an individual is exposed to incompatible magics. Corruption can be reversed by the use of a Purger, Shrine, or other more taboo methods. For more info on corruption, see the expanded page on Corruption & Afflictions. (Page is not yet implemented)
