Ebb

A flooded town that was once a booming center of commercial trade, now peacefully part of the river itself after the attempted commercialization of a local river spirit resulted in disaster. Machinery lies dormant deep underwater with rusted cranes and towers still poking out of the surface, plant life now flourishing amongst the ruins of buildings no longer used by the locals. Ebb is home to many scrappers and divers, delving into the river to uncover past secrets. Ebb's river is endlessly fed by the rainfall from Flow.
