Flow

A town that's always heavily storming, and the streets are constantly slick with moving water... Some say it's been cursed by a strange creature with a grudge while others blame Ichus for the constant dark skies. Due to the endless fall of water the town has grown quite full of waterwheels and mills that generate plenty of electricity off of the constant flow. Tourists often visit to see the area, though the constant moisture means staying outside too long can be hazardous. Be sure to bring your rubber boots! The water only ceases during fluxes, where residents can enjoy the sun for a short time. The rain from Flow runs directly to another town called Ebb.
