Reposessors

When subterranean ichor pressure grows too low, a Reposessor will spawn the following flux to return missing material to its vein. Reposessors take on many shapes and forms but often resemble barrel-bodied creatures with long, trailing, tubelike limbs and necks. They target and deconstruct materials made with ichor or even Vido, which have similar components. A single Reposessor can reduce an entire data archive in a day, making pressure monitoring incredibly important.

Grasping Hands
Sometimes, Reposessors cannot fully rejoin with Ichus and gravitate towards a point where they collapse, their bodies partially melding into the surface they rest on. Multiple Reposessors may congregate on these points, resulting in a growing cluster of grasping hands and limbs. Grasping Hands can be located in cave systems, or sometimes, entire swaths of land that require Carriers to cross.
A.I.Rs: Artificial Ichor Recyclers
Secret-Patented and modeled after their magic-spawned counterparts, Artificial Ichor Recyclers break down components made with ichor into their base substances. Viewing from the outer chassis, they resemble nothing more than a metal box with a port to dump electronics that processes them into reusable liquid. Only licensed maintainers are permissioned to pry open the cover to view the visceral inner workings. A.I.Rs are mostly stationed at a few major cities, and newest models are always shipped from their manufacturing origin, Syklus.

Ichor Return Runs:
Cities that manufacture a large amount of new tech utilizing Ichor often perform batch return runs to the ichor's initial extraction facility to maintain proper levels or else risk Reposessor spawning. These runs can be dangerous, often targeted by bandits, starved magical creatures, or others that greatly desire the contents of the redgum-lined cannisters being transported. Syklus, painstakingly Scrubbed, is notably behind on its return.
